The Appalachian Alphorn Adventure will take place at Opossum Creek Retreat. Check-in at the cabin will be available Wednesday, June 5 at 6pm. The event officially begins at 9am Thursday morning, June 6, but you may arrive the night before to get settled in. Dinner Wednesday night is on your own.
We will be staying in The Meadows, the largest cabin at the Retreat. Watch this video to learn more:
Included in your registration fee is lodging in a shared room with community bathrooms.
There are three private rooms available in the Meadows. For a small additional fee you may book one of these rooms when you register. These private rooms are first come, first served.
If you would prefer to have your own private cabin, you may contact Opossum Creek Retreat directly to book one. This way you will still be on-site with the rest of the participants but you will have more privacy. The booking fee for a private cabin must be handled through Opossum Creek Retreat and is not covered in the registration fee for the alphorn event. Visit www.opossumcreek.com for more information.
If you would prefer to find your own lodging, there are plenty of other options nearby in the town of Fayetteville, WV. Please go to visitfayettevillewv.com for more information. The registration fee will remain the same even if you choose to find your own lodging.
