The Appalachian Alphorn Adventure will take place at Opossum Creek RetreatCheck-in at the cabin will begin as early as 6pm on Thursday night, June 7. The event officially begins at 9am Friday morning, June 8, but you may arrive the night before to get settled in. Dinner Thursday night is on your own.

We will be staying in The Meadows, the largest cabin at the Retreat. Watch this video to learn more:

Included in your registration fee is access to a bunk bed in the shared room with shared bathrooms. Other lodging options in the cabin include:

Private Room, King Bed, 1/2 Bath- one-time $75 fee (SOLD OUT)
Private Room, Queen Bed, Shared Bath- one-time $50 fee (two available)
Double Queen Room, Shared Bath- one-time $50 fee (one available)

Please note that the bunk bed room and the double queen room are accessed via stairs.

These options are first come, first served. If you would prefer to have your own private cabin, you may contact Opossum Creek Retreat directly to book one. This way you will still be on-site with the rest of the participants but you will have more privacy. The booking fee for a private cabin must be handled through Opossum Creek Retreat and is not covered in the registration fee for the alphorn event. Visit www.opossumcreek.com for more information.
